Ron McMackin has worked in every department within Pan-Pacific and has added his unique vision and strategic planning to help define the direction and growth of Pan-Pacific Plumbing & Mechanical for nearly 30 years. Ron is a hands-on, approachable leader, intimately familiar with each and every facet of our company and our projects. One of the reasons for the success of Pan-Pacific is the reflection of his belief in the people he works with and his goal to have Pan-Pacific earn the reputation as the best subcontractor in the industry.
