Pan-Pacific has excelled at school work. Our ability to work as part of a team, our knowledge in plumbing and experience with the unique requirements of the varying grade levels in schools has helped us to be a preferred partner of School Districts and Contractors. We have provided our highly-regarded talents to many public and private grade schools and secondary schools throughout Southern California. We understand the complexities and safety issues involved in renovation or new construction on a busy campus.

Originally planned as a high school, the community-supported alternative changed the site to Byrd Middle School, home of the Penguins, serving students in grades six through eight.
The school can house over 1,600 students in three separate small learning communities. The complex includes three buildings for the communities as well as shared facilities with the library, gymnasium, multipurpose room, food services and locker rooms.
Pan-Pacific’s experience with LAUSD projects has established our leadership and ability to properly service these projects at the highest level which has allowed us to gain favorable recognition from the District as well as the Communities which they serve.

Edward R. Roybal Learning Center, formerly known as Belmont Learning Center, Los Angeles High School #11, or the City West project, is a secondary school and park located in Los Angeles, CA.
Opened in September of 2008, Roybal can accommodate approximately 2,500 students, alleviating impacted enrollment at Belmont High. The school has two independent pilot schools – the Civitas School of Leadership and the School for Visual Arts and Humanities – as well as four small learning communities.
This community-enhancing learning facility started and terminated prematurely. This required the Owner to rebid and re-examine the scope of work. Through our work on both phases, Pan-Pacific was able to minimize costs while upgrading previously installed piping to accommodate code changes which occurred during the extensive delay.

Sage Hill School is a private, independent, co-educational college preparatory school for day students in grades 9-12. The school was opened in 2000 with 35 Sophomores and 115 Freshmen. Today the school has grown to over 450 students.
Sage Hill School was built on approximately 30 acres of donated land in Newport Coast, California. Pan-Pacific was a proactive problem solver on the project and brought value-engineering ideas and cost-cutting plans to the Owner with much success.

High School #10’s complexity is demonstrated by the sprawling footprint of the campus which is comprised of seven academic and administration buildings of more than 300,000 square feet. It is a large campus, set up to resemble a community college with academic buildings on one side connected to the athletic complex via an elevated pedestrian bridge. The athletic complex includes a multi-purpose field and stadium for football and soccer, a baseball and softball field, an Olympic-sized swimming pool, concession stands, bathrooms, drinking fountains and two gymnasiums.
The parking structure for the school is housed underground and has two levels. The campus houses an approximately 2,500 square foot professional kitchen and Central Plant.
